At this point, Zelh is looking for a **Track & Trace Rep**resentative** for our third-party logistics company which specializes in Reliable Domestic and International Shipping Services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily communication with drivers and customers
- Notifying appropriate parties of any issues
- Inputting updates into the system
- Answering incoming calls from clients
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace
- Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned

**Working conditions**:

- Work schedule: (EST time)

Rotating working schedule:
8 am - 5 pm

12 pm - 8 pm
(sometimes after-hours will be needed instead)

- English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) is A MUST

- PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
