You: You will need a strong knowledge of how to navigate through a sales process, consultative selling skills and ability to manage and focus in a complex and dynamic environment. You will communicate and build internal relationships with a diverse range of personnel including senior sales executives, product management, field marketing and sales engineering teams. You have experience leading, coaching and mentoring sales development teams. You can step into this role, grow the team and grow with the organization.

Your Role and Responsibilities
The Technology Engineer is responsible for implementing the technical aspects of the solution in support of Proofs of Experience (PoX). They work closely with the Solution Architect(s) to determine the feasibility of the solution and partner with the Client and other Technology Engineers to implement a comprehensive solution. Technology Engineers are asked to specialize in a brand or set of capabilities to provide deep technical skills in their area of expertise.
- Provide deep technical expertise in their area of focus
- Engage in meaningful discussions with their client counterparts and describe the CE solution and best practices / Point of View
- Possess a deep understanding of the Hybrid Cloud platforms (especially OpenShift platform, the hypervisors\\cloud providers on which it runs, and managed offerings: ROKS, ROSA & ARO)
- Demonstrate deep knowledge for implementation across at least one key brand: Data & AI, Business Automation, Integration, IT Automation, Security

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Deploy apps in Kubernetes and troubleshoot deployments, advising clients on best practices
- Understand/Advise on Public Cloud Offerings (compute, networking, storage, security, etc.)
- Advise on best practices for DevSecOps and tools that support this
- Experienced in Event-driven-architecture
- Microservices Architecture
- Understanding of tools for automation (Terraform, Ansible, ARM, etc.)
- Experience in IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
- Fluent level of English
