The **Professional Services Procurement Specialist** leads local and regional negotiations and support strategic sourcing activities of Services Procurement goods and services for the assigned spend categories and/or country/hub specially for professional services category.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow the Global Procurement governance in all projects, CRMC (Contract Risk Management Committee) approvals, eSourcing tools, Supplier Code of Conduct sign off, etc.
- Keep close contact with category/country/hub stakeholders through frequent or as requested project status updates.
- Engage senior leaders in the Procurement and/or country/hub organization when there is a need to escalate any issues.
- Develop and execute short and long term range regional sourcing along with strategic negotiations.
- Lead regional contract negotiations and track the effective contract execution keeping records in the repository tool.
- Develop and implement any related process improvement in the category.
- Participate in Industry events to bring new ideas to the organization.
- Follow Stakeholder engagement best practices to better understand the business needs and align on resources and priorities.
- Seek support from the local and cross Divisional Procurement organization, and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Manage ethical and professional relationships with vendors.
- Support global and regional initiatives identified in the annual goal alignment.
- Support procurement risk assessment and risk mitigation plans.
- Quickly support spot requests from the Divisional or Global organizations.
- Keep a proactive and dynamic attitude. Take leadership on key initiatives.
- Act as a focal point of contact for Professional Services requirements for Andina, Central America and Greater Caribbean regions.
- Perform the team development and management responsibilities, setting up pipeline projects for annual objectives providing effective/objective assessment of performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Administration, International Business or similar.
- 5 years of experience in Procurement, Professional Services categories preferable.
- Intermediate-advanced English
- Knowledge in SAP and Ariba.
- Strong Business Analysis. Using business tools and information systems when solving problems and making decisions. Using data to support recommendations.
- Negotiation skills. Planning and anticipation, demonstrates professionalism in all business settings and shows ability to control emotions, mannerisms, and communication style.
- Teamwork and Relationship building. Being a team player when interacting with stakeholders and peers. Able to manage relationships at all levels of the organization
- Project management skills.
- Setting Priorities
- Ability to work cross functional and cross regional categories LATAM.
- Proficient in Google tools, procurement electronic tools
