La función del Bilingual Advisor será concretar la reserva por la cual llaman los clientes, brindando un excelente servicio al cliente para terminar de convencerlos.

**Horario**

**- En entrenamiento (1-2 semanas totalmente PAGAS)**: Lunes a Viernes de 9 am a 6 pm (puede variar dependiendo al requerimiento). - **En Operaciones**: Totalmente Presencial con Disponibilidad de Lunes a Domingo de 7 am a 2 am. 2 días de descanso consecutivos a la semana.

Si tu turno termina después de las 10 pm, la compañía te brinda transporte hasta tu casa (siempre que sea dentro del casco urbano de Medellín), recargo nocturno y festivo reconocidos.

**Ubicación**: Medellín, en el edifico Talsa Carrera 50 GG No 12 Sur 07, Itagüí.

**Remuneración: 2.100.000 ($1.365.000 prestacional y $735.000 no prestacional)+ Auxilio de Transporte** $162 mil pesos, comisiones semanales y quincenales, rifas y más. **LOS TOP PERFORMERS DUPLICAN SU SALARIO.**

**Bonos USD por horas semanal**
- Cada agente que finalice la semana con un total de 42 horas recibe 25 USD esa semana. - Cada agente que finalice la semana con un total de 41 horas recibe 20 USD esa semana. - Cada agente que finalice la semana con un total de 40 horas recibe 15 USD esa semana.

**¿Qué necesitas?** - Disponibilidad para trabajar en la modalidad y horario establecido - **Nível de inglés B2+ / C1 -** El nível de inglés avanzado para esta posición es indispensable. - Experiência de al menos 6 meses en servicio al cliente - Excelente actitud - Muchas ganas de aprender - Motivación para mejorar tu perfil profesional y tus metas personales
