About the Role

As a VIP Representative, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing relationships with our high-value players. Acting as a brand ambassador, your primary focus will be to engage, convert, and retain VIP customers while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with VIP players, ensuring a high level of customer retention and satisfaction
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering personalized and proactive service
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance player loyalty and maximize lifetime value
• Create engaging content and tailored communications for the VIP audience
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the VIP experience

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum one year of experience in the iGaming industry, preferably in VIP services, Customer Support, Retention, or Casino Operations
• Native-level German speaker with excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
• Strong understanding of online casino products and player engagement strategies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A team-oriented, proactive, and reliable work ethic
