Ejecutar, revisar y analizar los procesos operativos relacionados con el producto de Adquirencia con las redes (Credibanco y Redeban). Garantizando que los procesos se realicen dentro de los tiempos requeridos de acuerdo con los Reglamentos operativos de las franquicias, manuales de proceso, acuerdos de servicios (SLA) y boletines operativos del Banco, servicios adicionales asociados al mismo de acuerdo a las políticas exigidas por el banco con el fin de controlar el correcto input de la información.- Additional Job Description
- Asegurar que la operación del proceso de adquirencia se desarrolle cumpliendo con la reglamentación Operativa de las franquicias y las normas.
- Realizar la adecuada habilitación en los sistemas respectivos (Web Credibanco, Web Redeban, Banco Adquiriente) para cada uno de los establecimientos, basados en el contrato de adquirencia remitido por el área de documentación, conservar soportes (Habilitar, modificar) de los cambios solicitados por los clientes y/o Producto (cualquier cambio inherente al proceso de adquirencia). Realizar actualización de las macros para los correos de informes a los clientes.
- Realizar actualización de bitácora de control para habilitación.
- Verificar, conciliar y procesar la información enviada por las franquicias y su respectiva ejecución en la aplicación banco adquiriente.
- Realizar los abonos a las cuentas de cada uno de los comercios como resultado de las ventas generadas por cada uno de sus establecimientos.
- Remitir diariamente reporte de recaudo a los clientes que efectuaron ventas por medio de tarjeta crédito, tarjeta debito y/o Amex. Este reporte contiene información detallada como da cada una de las transacciones.
- Revisar y gestionar las controversias (Adquirente) nacionales e internacionales, según lo estipulado en los reglamentos operativos de las Franquicias y/o Redes.
- Generar la contabilidad a que haya lugar del proceso del adquirencia (Contracargos, Representaciones, pre - arbitrajes, Cartas de compensación de las redes y franquicias) e informar a los clientes el proceso realizado.
- Controlar las cuentas deudor, acreedor, e impuestos del proceso de adquirencia, realizando seguimiento diario de las mismas.
- Envió de archivos al área de Reconciliaciones del proceso de adquirencia
- Controlar y realizar seguimiento a las diferentes conciliaciones que interactúan con el proceso de Adquirencia
- Realizar proceso de compensación diaria de la carta MasterCard Local y Visa Local
- Manejar los reclamos de todas las carpetas de Stars en la bandeja de adquirencia y solicitudes recibidas por Citidocs
- Brindar asesoría área internas (Servicio al cliente, Producto y Rms) del proceso operativo brindando cumplimiento con los tiempos establecidos de proceso.
- Generación y contabilización del Impuesto Auto renta mensual

**Qualifications**:

- Se prefiere experiência previa relevante
- Comprensión fundamental de las regulaciones de la industria financiera.
- Habilidades verbales y escritas efectivas
- Comunicación efectiva y habilidades analíticas.

**Education**:

- Estudiante últimos semestres de carreras afines a administración de empresas.
- Inglés básico
