We are currently searching for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with various business units to gain deep insights into their challenges and leverage data to develop strategic solutions.

In this role, you will utilize advanced analytics techniques to translate business requirements into actionable insights, directly contributing to our growth and operational efficiency. **Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop advanced analytics models and reports using SQL and PowerBI, with a strong preference for proficiency in Tableau, to inform strategic business decisions.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand business challenges, formulate analytical strategies, and effectively communicate insights derived from data.
- Create, manage, and optimize data pipelines in Snowflake and DBT to ensure data integrity and accessibility for analytical purposes.
- Conduct detailed analyses of various business data (e.g., financial, sales, customer information) to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of business intelligence solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user expectations.
- Provide training and support to business users on data analytics and visualization tools, enabling them to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence, adopting best practices to enhance our data capabilities continuously.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst role, with proficiency in SQL and PowerBI.
- Basic understanding of Python, Snowflake, and DBT, with a willingness to further develop these skills.
- Proven expertise in data modeling, analysis, and visualization, preferably with proficiency in Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage, analyze, and present extensive datasets accurately and effectively.
- Proficient in developing queries, writing reports, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Advanced or fluent English language skills, enabling comprehension of business requirements and translation into technical specifications.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, enabling effective teamwork across different teams and disciplines.

**Nice to Have**:

- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role, demonstrating the ability to mentor and guide junior analysts.
- Experience with Tableau.

**Annual Salary Range**: The annual salary range for this position is R$80,000 to R$150,000.
