Why this job is important
Reporting to the C&A Manager, the Job and Revenue Analyst will be responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of Revenue and Job management activities and initiatives, that impact the business from C&A, guaranteeing the involvement of the required parts, schedules, deliverables and quality.
What you’ll be doing
- Current C&A Functions
- Lead meetings during the month about revenue and cost with CS, BP team with SL method Colombia and Peru
- Manage Job Closing activities
- Systems Maintenance in Maconomy
- All user tickets issues and questions about Maconomy
- Support superuser functions about job and employees
- Revenue Report KI Col + Peru
- Revenue Initiatives
- Job clean up (system close) of all 5,000 jobs in Colombia and Perú
- Straight Line Revenue Recognition/Job Cost accrual
- Revenue Recognition IFRS15 Worldpanel Colombia and Perú
- Other Initiatives
- Lead the Maconomy Upgrade Project across Colombia and Perú
- Lead the AX Dynamics Upgrade across Colombia
- Lead the new systems updates project and improvements in the process
The skills & experience needed as Job and Revenue Analyst
- University Diploma (finance/accounting or related discipline)
- Advanced English (preferred)
- 2 to 4 years’ experience managing projects and with planning/management accountability
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Maconomy and/or other ERP systems
