Admissions Officer

**Job Description**:
General Responsibilities
- ALPADIA UPP Germany program meetings with agents/parents/clients
- Identify new business opportunities with Private companies, public institution, and private and public schools.
- Research and build relationship with clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and the Account Manager North and South Region.
- To follow up, advice and help to existing clients, especially dormant and bronze, to reactivate their sales with Kaplan. To ensure upsell and cross sell opportunities.
- Cold calling to new Agents Data Base to create new partnerships and to Inactive DB.

Sales Responsibilities
- Selling products through answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to follow up on enquiries and quotes in both English and Spanish
- Building and managing a sales pipeline for prospective new Accounts through cold calling.
- Act as the primary contact responding to all enquiries within 24 hours and providing an outstanding level of customer service. Handling and resolving. Complaints and escalating issues to the relevant Line Manager.
- Provide excellent Customer Service post booking, pre-arrival and post-arrival
- Assist with the development of strategies on your market, its trends and the competitors. Working closely with your respective Account Manager, Country Manager and Marketing Team to generate campaigns to grow your Territory and feedback useful customer insights
- Completing all required administration and recording of sales through CRM system and other business systems
- Ensure that customer account records are kept up to date for audit purposes
- Meeting targets
- Development of Account/Campaign strategies to enable future growth of accounts
- To complete the required administration on Kaplan Systems to record the sale through:

- A proficient knowledge of Kaplan operating systems
- Accurate data entry
- Competent computer
- Liaise with finance support for outstanding payments to ensure that all deals are processed and
- Administrative duties: questionnaire review before contract, Partnerlink, liaising between Mk and Agents´ requests, SF and Class documentation
- Additional responsibilities and key measurement criteria will be defined by the relevant Country

Customer Care Responsibilities
- Handle administrative requests and queries from agents
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents and our customer services team
- Utilizing Salesforce CRM System as well as various internal systems and databases to manage bookings and groups referrals
- Dealing effectively with challenges, resolving complaints, escalating issues to the relevant line managers and providing ongoing customer support
- Managing cancellations & postponements
- To meet and exceed our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage sales pipeline to achieve team sales targets and drive results
- Prepare and provide quotes developing relationships of both new and existing partners
- Supporting the Account and Regional Manager for the region
- Demonstrating an excellent knowledge of Kaplan and Alpadia products

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and written skills
- At least 1 year in international experience
- English level B2 or higher
- 3+ years sales experience
- Work under pressure and for results

Preferred Qualifications

**Skills**:

- Requires +1 years related experience
- One or more foreign language ability.
- A true hunter, hungry for new deals and opportunities to drive growth either directly or towards team targets
- Be comfortable working to tight deadlines while managing competing priorities
- Bilingual proficiency in English
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and overcome objections
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines when required
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Salesforce experience would be an advantage
