We are looking for an **J**unior Account Manager** to join our sales team in Colombia reporting to the the Head of Business Development - Andean Region. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating qualified opportunities for our salesteam in the Andean region. You will scout, research and analyze the assigned territory for potential leads that will help our sales team reach their sales goals.

**We have a challenge for those who**
- Create target lists of accounts and leads based on lead flow and needs within specific territories.
- Create target lists based on Business Development requests.
- Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify attractive opportunities and develop accounts.
- Effectively manage inbound lead flow and execute outbound prospecting initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Account Executive in generating proposals and following up on active campaigns.
- Support Account Executive with administrative issues such as sending campaign reports and internal follow up with the finance team
- Manage, track and report on all activities and results using our CRM software (Hubspot).

**We consider a perfect match if you have**:

- More than 2 years of work experience in a sales team.
- Previous experience in the technology or marketing industry (Bonus).
- Customer orientation, dedication and passion for delivering a great customer experience (Strong)
- Verbal and written communication skills (Strong)
- Collaborative and team oriented (Strong)
- Motivated, self-directed and results oriented (Strong)
- Experience in the use of CRM software (Strong)
- English language skills ( Strong)
