**Misión del cargo**:
Gestionar el proceso Scrum y asegurar que se desarrolle de forma correcta
**Funciones del cargo**:
- Trabajar junto con Product Management en la definición del proyecto y detección de posibles riesgos y planificar el trabajo a partir de metodologías ágiles y definición de roles (Agile/Sprint/otros)
- Gestionar y reforzar la colaboración del equipo interdisciplinario de UX/UI, front-end development, back-end development y growth marketing
- Liderar todo el flujo de desarrollo de la estrategia de implementación de Scrum y brindar capacitación a quienes lo necesiten
- Ayudar a resolver o mitigar posibles problemas del equipo
- Facilitar eventos de Scrum según requerido
**Requisitos**:
**Educación**: Computación e Informática o afín
**Experiência**: Scrum master
**Conocimiento**: Liderazgo de equipos TI, Programación backend
**Software**: Project management (Asana, Trello, Clickup o similar)
**Condiciones Oferta**:
**Sueldo neto mensual**: 4500000
