Job Description
The main function of a Scrum Master is to be a leader of the correct implementation of scrum or agile methodology in to the team. Also plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Present and explain proposals, reports and findings.
Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work independently.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field. PMP/ACP certification preferred.
