LATAM Marketing Coordinator
**Job Description**:
The Colombian team is looking for a LATAM Marketing Coordinator
Main responsibilities
- Support channel partner event management including coordination of material requests, trade show requirements, tracking, invoice follow-up and budget management (Regional and Local)
- Coordination of partner recognition plaques and demo kits for top-tier partners in North Cone region
- Execute quarterly marketing campaigns geared toward the appropriate target market
- Coordinate marketing communications material requests from partners for co-marketing initiatives
- Marketing systems and technology Understand systems and their integration, advising the team on optimization
- Systems currently include Salesforce/Pardot, Webex, On24
- Research and recommend marketing systems for team use
- Validate and help launch, roll out and support new systems
- Develop standard operating procedures and support system governance and use
- Drive roadmap prioritization and implementation with corporate counterparts
- Lead management work with marketing and sales development team to drive the plan for efficient inbound lead management
- Actively improve lead management processes within the team and foster alignment with sales
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Operations to prioritize data cleaning and enrichment efforts and develop maintenance plan for database hygiene
- Develop best practices for inbound data management and enrichment
- Align with Digital Marketing Specialist to support back-end website systems and overall digital marketing efforts
- Work collaboratively with Digital Marketing Specialist to analyze and correlate data between digital communication channels and other sources in order to improve customer experience and engagement
- Work within the marketing team to improve process efficiencies, share learnings, implement performance measures and optimize marketing efforts

- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office - primarily Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Basic level in Pardot and Salesforce
- 3-year marketing experience
