**¿Cuál será tu reto?**

**¿Cuáles serán algunos de tus desafíos**?**:

- Desarrollar y optimizar contenido UX para interfaces de usuario en plataformas e-Commerce, asegurando una experiência de usuario fluida y coherente.
- Colaborar estrechamente con nuestro equipo de diseño de UX/UI, marketing y desarrollo para asegurar la coherencia del mensaje en todos los puntos de contacto digitales.
- Investigar y aplicar las mejores prácticas en UX Writing, accesibilidad y SEO para mejorar la usabilidad y la visibilidad del contenido.
- Crear el plan de contenidos y su plan de distribución mensual.
- Crear y publicar el 100% de los contenidos dentro de las fechas estipuladas en el plan de contenidos.
- Investigar en fuentes de terceros información confiable para crear los contenidos y citar sus respectivas referencias, en todas las piezas de contenido escrito.

**¿Qué necesitas para ser un Rockstar en esta posición?**
- Formación profesional relacionada con carreras afines a publicidad y mercadeo, periodismo, humanidades y/o comunicación social.
- Experiência mínima de **3 años en adelante **como UX Writer, Content Writer o en un rol similar, preferiblemente en el ámbito de e-Commerce.
- Sólida comprensión de los principios de UX/UI y experiência en trabajar con equipos de diseño y desarrollo.
- Habilidades excepcionales de redacción y edición, con un enfoque en la claridad, la coherencia y la persuasión.
- Experiência en la creación de contenido orientado a la conversión y optimizado para SEO.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno ágil y manejar múltiples proyectos con plazos ajustados.
- Conocimientos en herramientas de diseño (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) y plataformas de gestión de contenido (CMS) son un plus.
