**Descripción del empleo**
La misión del Sales Operations Specialist es optimizar y apoyar las operaciones del equipo de ventas para que puedan trabajar de manera eficiente y efectiva. Esto se logra a través de la gestión y mejora de procesos, análisis de datos y generación de informes, implementación y mantenimiento de herramientas, y asegurando que se sigan las mejores prácticas en búsqueda de la excelencia operativa.

Funciones:

- Asegurar ejecución correcta del lead journey en el CRM.
- Dar insights relacionados a KPIs y/o revenue del equipo de Sales.
- Crear automatizaciones en el CRM que permita la asignación de MQLs en el equipo de Inbound, alineadas con las estrategias de Lead Generation.
- Generar estrategias de asignación de contactos a los equipos de ventas (automatizadas o manuales) que permita incremento en la conversión.
- Retroalimentar al equipo de ventas por medio de insights desde los datos de performance (con base en Deal Open Rate, Win Rate y Conversión).

**Requisitos**
- Profesional en ingeniería, administración de empresas o afines
- Minimo 1 año de experiência en posiciones relacionadas a datos, o actividades afines.
- Conocimiento en SQL
- Conocimiento en Excel
- Experiência utilizando CRM
- Vivir en la ciudad de Bogotá
- Nível de ingles intermedio (B2)
