Descripción del empleo

La misión del Sales Operations Specialist es optimizar y apoyar las operaciones del equipo de ventas para que puedan trabajar de manera más eficiente y efectiva. Esto se logra a través de la gestión y mejora de procesos, análisis de datos y generación de informes, implementación y mantenimiento de herramientas, y asegurando que se sigan las mejores prácticas en búsqueda de la excelencia operativa. Todo lo anterior con el fin de maximizar la productividad y el rendimiento del equipo de ventas.

Funciones:

  • Asegurar ejecución correcta del lead journey en el CRM.
  • Asegurar excelencia operativa.
  • Dar insights relacionados a KPIs y/o revenue del equipo de Sales.
  • Crear automatizaciones en el CRM que permita la asignación de MQLs en el equipo de Inbound, alineadas con las estrategias de Lead Generation.
  • Generar estrategias de asignación de contactos a los equipos de ventas (automatizadas o manuales) que permita incremento en la conversión.
  • Auditar el performance del equipo de ventas en búsqueda de la excelencia operativa.

Requisitos

  • 2 años de experiencia en posiciones relacionadas a datos, o actividades afines.
  • Profesional en ingeniería, administración de empresas o afines
  • Nivel de ingles B2
  • Conocimiento en CRM, 
  • Conocimiento en Excel
  • Conocimiento en SQL
  • Vivir en la ciudad de Bogotá
