**The role**

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a new role in QS to drive business growth through leading the set up, management and optimisation of an internal digital agency. This role is a core enabler for our growth ambitions and will be responsible for leveraging our unique, global student reach across QS owned social platforms, digital platforms, and physical events to build scalable digital marketing campaigns for our university clients to help them achieve visibility, build their pipeline of quality students and generate enrolments.

**Role responsibilities**:
In this role, your responsibilities would include:

- Defining and delivering scalable student recruitment marketing campaigns on behalf of clients, leveraging QS’s student facing assets to drive visibility, lead generation, and enrolments at scale.
- Taking a continuous optimisation approach to drive improvements in the performance of these campaigns to ensure you and the team deliver to client needs and demonstrate ROI our clients goals
- Building a high performing internal digital marketing agency capability and team through upskilling and hiring, to enable rapid growth of our ‘marketing agency delivery’. Leading the transition of our delivery model to drive digital revenue growth at pace and ensuring our ability to optimize client value and profitable growth
- Establish an effective model for managing clients effectively as part of this digital agency provision from strategy development, to onboarding, to reporting. Building sticky relationships with clear ROI and value add for the client and embedding insight and positioning QS as their digital marketing partner through this activity, resulting in high retention rates and client value growth
- Implement efficient ways of working with central marketing teams, to ensure delivery of support from central resources including performance marketing, content and marketing automation
- Create effective feedback mechanisms with product to ensure our product roadmap incorporates client and internal team feedback, and enables our ability to deliver ROI for clients

- Experience leading teams at a digital marketing agency, taking ownership from strategy to implementation and optimisation
- Strong creative and analytical understanding
- A passion for delivering innovative, insight-driven campaigns which achieve succes
