Join us as we revolutionize kidney care and other vital organ support.**The Digital Services Americas - Delivery Manager manages a team of central Project Managers within the Digital Services Americas team who are responsible for the timely and accurate Implementation of a portfolio of sold Digital Products**:
**The role is responsible for ensuring that sold Digital Products and Services are delivered to customers within budget and within agreed timescales.**:
**As well as overseeing the deployment of already sold work by Vantive Digital Services Americas Project Managers this role is also responsible for defining, implementing, and evolving project delivery processes to be followed by Technical Services in-country Digital Experts who may need to act in the role of Project Manager local-language where a dedicated in-country Digital Project Manager is not in that country.**:
**Where local in-country Digital Services are provided by a Vantive Partner rather than Digital Services Americas or TS Digital Experts, then the Delivery Manager is responsible for working with those Vantive Partners to ensure they are following relevant are Vantive Digital Products and act as Vantive Project oversight and escalation point.**:
**Internally the Delivery Manager is a key role who leverages resource from several Digital Services Americas shared functional and technical team to achieve their goals and who also collaborates with the Vantive Global Business Units to onboard new Digital Products and evolve existing products from a deployment perspective.**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Has responsibility for the portfolio of sold Digital Projects to be delivered by the AMERICAS Digital Services teams and their timely deployment.
- Is the point of contact to the relevant GBU Finance teams for the tracking and reporting of progress against Revenue Recognition milestones.
- Regularly reports to key stakeholders on project progression, targets and milestones and ensures engagement with other Vantive departments as required to overcome operational obstacles.
- Owns and manages the backlog of sold Digital work to be delivered by the central team and manages weekly resource planning meeting to ensure teams are committing to work on the right tasks in the right priority.
- Represents Digital Product Deployments to the relevant Vantive Product Core Teams (as required), coordinating feedback from the project teams and customers during the project phases.
- Proactively takes stakeholder input to determine the most efficient prioritisation of projects to allow the Digital Services teams to focus on work in business value order.
- Acts as initial point of escalation for issues encountered delivering of owned Digital Project within the AMERICAS region and engages relevant stakeholders to address escalations.
- Works closely with the Head of Digital Services to analyse commercial forecasts and ensure Digital Product Delivery resource is available at appropriate levels for forecasted demands on a 12-month basis.
- Serves as primary liaison and escalation point between Digital Delivery project teams and rest of the business.
- Collaborates closely with other members of AMERICAS and Global Services teams to plan and implement scalable, consistent global project processes to allow for our evolving Digital product portfolio.
- Improves and expands delivery methodologies taking the best parts of traditional and new methodologies to provide the most flexible and cost-efficient services
- Work with the Digital Services EMA Leadership team to ensure full understanding and transparency around requests and provisioning of owned Digital Services
- Is part of the Digital Services AMERICAS leadership team
- Work with the teams involved in the delivery of Digital products to monitor and maximize operating efficiencies
- i.e. monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels and use this data to feed into continual improvement initiatives.
- Interview, select and hire employees. Set employee goals and objectives, Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee on-boarding and providing career development planning and opportunities
