Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Customer Success Account Manager quien tendrá la misión de entender las necesidades del cliente facilitando las herramientas que necesitan a través de nuestro producto y haciendo seguimiento a los procesos de renovación de su suscripción.

**Funciones**:

- Reducir la tasa churn entregando al cliente las herramientas necesarias para alcanzar su definición de éxito.
- Expandir cuentas mediante upselling y cross-selling.
- Acompañar al cliente durante el proceso de renovación de su suscripción.
- Educar a los clientes, generar contenido y herramientas que permitan entregar una guía sobre el uso de los addons de sus cuentas.
- Activar nuevas funcionalidades en la plataforma de clientes.
- Cumplir con la meta de retención, upsell y cross-sell mensual.
- Gestionar a diario las tareas y proyectos relacionados a sus funciones.

**Requisitos Mínimos**:

- Profesional titulado con experiência en área de clientes, como postventa, customer success, comercial, u otros.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en gestión y seguimiento de clientes.
- Manejo de CRM de clientes.

**Requisitos Deseables**:

- Experiência trabajando en empresa SaaS.
- Experiência trabajando en empresas relacionadas a la industria de la salud.
