- Ensure technology systems and processes are integrated seamlessly while mitigating negative impacts to associates and business area
- Coordinate with cross-functional IT (Information Technology) teams and business areas to deliver technology solutions to meet business objectives
- Develop and implement program level planning, monitoring, dependency tracking, and risk / issue management to deliver consistent and high-quality deliverables on time and within budget
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, including senior management
- Work within tight timelines and a matrixed organization
- Customize communications for multiple audiences, including senior executive leadership and IT engineers
- Develop and maintain a program schedule to track and report progress of project milestones across multiple IT project teams
- Work with interdepartmental management to ensure alignment of program deliverables with business objectives
- Identify, track and work to resolve program level risks and issues across multiple work streams
- Oversee budget and resource allocation

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in managing IT projects and at least 5 years of program management experience
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
- Advanced English communication skills
- Working knowledge of change management principles
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with stakeholders
- PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory
