**What success looks like in this role**:
Estará encargado de coordinar y gestionar las rutas de transporte en las cuales se envían y retornan los elementos tecnológicos desde los centros logísticos Unisys hacia las ubicaciones del cliente, lo que se conoce como logística inversa. Además se encargará del mapeo y documentación de estos servicios en las plataformas de trabajo.

Responabilidades clave:

- Seguimiento a las ordenes de cambio y recambio, específicamente en las tareas de transporte.
- Gestionar las novedades que se tengan durante el proceso de entrega o retorno de las partes.
- Documentación y cierre de los servicios de transporte.
- Validar información la información de los elementos que se envían e ingresan al centro logístico.
- Apoyar las labores logísticas que el coordinador encargado requiera.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Técnico o Tecnólogo en logística o similares
- Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.
- Estudios previos en temas logísticos.
- Conocimientos en procesos de logística inversa, abastecimiento y líneas de servicio.
- Capacidad de redacción, buena ortografía.
- Experiência en servicio al cliente y en las funciones del rol mínimo 6 meses
