**PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN**

Coordinar, ejecutar y controlar la implementación de políticas, programas, normas y procedimientos nacionales y corporativos en materia de EHS con alcance nacional, siguiendo lo dispuesto en las leyes nacionales e internacionales (NFPA, OHSAS, Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, Bomberos, Ministerio de la Protección Social y Comercio Sindicatos).

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Realizar auditorías bimensuales a todas las agencias comerciales sobre EHS, identificando riesgos y ejecutando planes de acción en todas las áreas, así como elaborando reportes de accidentes e informes regionales.
- Planificar, coordinar y ejecutar el plan anual de capacitación en EHS, de acuerdo con los riesgos y necesidades del negocio, manteniendo al personal capacitado en temas de seguridad y salud industrial, previniendo accidentes e impactos ambientales que pueda generar la empresa, así como accidentes y emergencias industriales.
- Evaluar los riesgos de los procesos de distribución, y aplicar acciones preventivas y correctivas de seguridad, en función de las necesidades de la empresa y los requisitos legales, con el fin de minimizar cualquier posible riesgo.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas, normas y procedimientos establecidos por la Gerencia de EHS, con el fin de establecer un ambiente de trabajo seguro y saludable para el personal, así como la continuidad operativa del negocio.
- Coordinar y ejecutar auditorías de entidades externas y corporativas, nacionales e internacionales.
- Coordinar todas las actividades de COPASST. Elaborar indicadores de gestión de EH&S con el fin de mantener al personal informado de los avances y generar planes correctivos y de mejora continua.
- A partir de los Sindicatos que se relacionen con EH&S, con el fin de mantener y promover las buenas relaciones entre trabajadores, sindicatos, Entidades Gubernamentales que puedan tener un impacto negativo en la continuidad operativa de la empresa.
- Asegurar el seguimiento de los indicadores de gestión en EH&S con el fin de mantener informado al personal sobre los avances y generar planes correctivos y de mejora continua.
- Supervisar los planes establecidos en el cumplimiento de los objetivos ASG

**EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESENCIALES**
- Profesionales en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería en Seguridad y Salud, Administración en Salud Ocupacional o afines.
- Habilidades analíticas y de liderazgo.
- Ingles Intermedio (B2).
- Mínimo 2 años con la Licencia en Seguridad y Salud o Licencia en Seguridad Ocupacional
- Experiência de 5+ años en seguridad y salud ocupacional.
