.NET Developers at EPAM are helping people gain new skills through the development of SaaS learning solutions. In this role, you’ll lead a team of talented Engineers in ensuring that these tools perform at the highest level, while proposing possible improvements that allow for scalability and ensure the continuity of service, regardless of external factors

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead a team of developers in building, maintaining, and enhancing a SaaS eLearning solution
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of project requirements
- Develop and maintain codebase of the Litmos SaaS eLearning solution using.NET
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and industry best practices for software development
- Participate in project and customer interviews

WHAT YOU HAVE
- Expertise in.NET
- Proficiency in AJAX, ASP.NET MVC, C#, SQL, and jQuery
- Experience in Atlassian Bamboo, MSBuild, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft SQL Server is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and lead a team
- B1+ level of proficiency in English
- A4 level of expected seniority
