What you'll do
- You will report to the Platform Engineering Manager by installing, maintaining, and upgrading internal/external computer hardware and software systems to deliver CSG’s product offerings.
- Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades to CSG products and any supporting third-party software used to support our products.
- Participate with the other teams involved in delivery (Development & Project Management).
- Implement troubleshooting and bug fixing for solutions once in place.
- Support the development team in releases and promotions (including core upgrades) from development to production, as defined by Best Practices.
- Assist in the identification and analysis of the internal/external client’s technical requirements.
You should have
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English in a business environment is a must.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in infrastructure related positions, such as system administrator, technical support and others.
- Great knowledge in Linux and proficiency in SQL development (Oracle PL/SQL and/or MS SQL Server)
- Basic Cloud knowledge (preferrable if has knowledge with AWS, networking, storage, containers, etc.)
