**Propósito**:
Salvar y sostener vidas siendo responsable de gestionar las interacciones con clientes y pacientes con respecto a requerimientos tales como la programación y despacho de órdenes de compra (incluyendo la logística en reversa), reclamos de producto y servicio, eventos adversos, consultas médicas y el soporte técnico de máquinas; cumplimiento con los requerimientos del cliente en términos de servicio y calidad, alineado con los objetivos y políticas de la organización. Así mismo, asesorar de manera integral al cliente, entender su demanda y necesidades adicionales de acuerdo a su estructura y participar activamente en los proyectos e iniciativas de mejoramiento de los mismos.

**Responsabilidades**:
Proporcionar el primer punto de contacto para todas las consultas de los clientes y pacientes a través de teléfono, correo electrónico o en línea (chat), garantizando los níveles acordados según las promesas de servicio. Documentar cada solicitud en cumplimiento con los procedimientos e indicadores de la compañía. Redirigir requerimientos de los clientes complejos o especializados a los miembros apropiados del equipo. Investigar y resolver oportunamente las novedades reportadas por los operadores logísticos minimizando el impacto de los rechazos y devoluciones. Recibir, procesar y hacer seguimiento a las órdenes de compra de clientes y pacientes, garantizando la promesa de servicio ofrecida al cliente y gestionar con el analista de inventarios la asignación de productos en Back Order cuando aplique y con la bodega y distribución el cumplimiento de los tiempos de preparación y entrega acordados con los clientes. Crear las órdenes de trabajo para atender requerimientos de servicio técnico de los clientes y pacientes (garantía, piezas y devoluciones). Recoger los datos necesarios para soportar Reclamos de Calidad, Retroalimentaciones Negativas/Positivas y Eventos Adversos. Se asegura que la información sea capturada, reportada a tiempo y asignada a los equipos correspondientes. Administrar y atender los contratos de clientes públicos y clientes en consignación desde la recepción del pedido hasta el control frente a montos y cantidades estipulados en los contratos. Garantizar la ejecución del proceso de facturación mensual de cada uno de los clientes/pacientes de productos y/o servicios. Garantizar la atención y gestión según el proceso de los pacientes viajeros Domésticos/Internacionales (aplica para proceso renal). Atender y dar soporte acorde al proceso de las plataformas especializadas a Sharesource/Exactamix (aplica para procesos de servicio técnico). Asistir y liderar reuniones de BOS en su equipo y de la cadena de valor. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los indicadores claves - KPI´s de la operación. Garantizar de acuerdo a las estrategias de la compañía el nível de servicio ofrecido al cliente de acuerdo y apoya activamente las estrategias de valor agregado de acuerdo a la segmentación actual definida. Cumplir con la normatividad vigente frente a temas de salud, ambiente y seguridad y de las responsabilidades definidas en la CO6001A - Anexo 21.

**Educación y/o experiência**:
Profesional universitario titulado en Ingeniería Industria, Administración de Empresas, Comercio Exterior o afines. Experiência de 6 meses en áreas de servicio al cliente
