**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing multiple priorities (such as administrative, social media management, transaction coordination, answering phone calls, and managing leads through CRM).
- Ability to self regulate:Finish 1 task before starting the next task
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to manage-tasks with great follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Real Estate is a Strong bonus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14,000 - $50,000 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
