This is a **sales** position, main tasks:

- To hunt/prospect for new business
- Use Linkedin to profile companies and prospect.
- No limitation on the size or location of the business.
- Must be detail oriented and not be afraid to pick up a phone and make calls.
- Ability to be comfortable presenting in front of prospects & clients.
- Must be self accountable.
- Benefits consulting program
- You work with different types of businesses
- You are specialized in PEO
- This person will have high level conversations
- Someone who can be trained
- Someone who has the attitude and wants to learn
- Somoene extremely easy to the eyes
- Young people are accepted but they have to be professional
- No hard accent
- Someone very good at listening
- English level 8- 9
- Someone good at **sales force** would be preferred
- Someone with **initiative**
- Commission structure is to have around 100- 500 dollars depending on the deal size that gets closed.
