**Business Development Manager (Inside Sales) (REMOTE - Latin America)**:

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager looking for a professionally rewarding environment where you continue to learn and are supported by your peers while you help bring in meaningful projects for our team?
We're seeking an experienced, sharp Business Development Manager to join our team to help build our outbound sales efforts. You will work closely with our Director of Sales & Business Development to create outbound campaigns and call prospective clients to understand their pain points and articulate how we can help them.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Create contact lists based on client profiles and help develop outbound scripts
- Develop and cultivate sales leads to strengthen outbound activity
- Ability to position yourself as an industry expert for all things website and web app design and development
- Help us build a new department and expand our client lead generation avenues.
**Additional Responsibilities**
- Work within our CRM (Hubspot) to document client interactions
- Detail lead generation methods
- Prepare and submit activity reports, pipeline forecasts, and conversion rates to management
- Work with other team members to develop a pipeline that reinforces lead generation and revenue goals within a metrics-driven environment
- Acquire prospective customers from a variety of lead sources including hot, warm and cold leads from campaigns, partnerships and events
- Effectively communicate and set appointment with prospects by identifying business challenges and requirements
- Educate, influence, and articulate compelling web solutions for clients
- Identify key decision makers, maintain relationships, and build trust on behalf of all stakeholders.
- Overcome sales objections in a tasteful manner
**Qualifications**
- 10+ years experience in sales
- Proven success and results in prior roles
- Hunter mentality
- Experience with value-based (PAIN) selling
- Ability to be coached
- Optimistic attitude
- Utilizes rejection as a learning tool
**Nice to Have**
- Experience in the website design and development industry
- Previous remote work experience
- Technology savvy
- Competitive nature
- Experience with CRM (Hubspot), Lead Sourcing tools (such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Uplead, etc.) and LinkedIn

**Location & Availability**
- Available 9am - 6pm in any U.S. time zone
- Our office is located in sunny Los Angeles, CA. This position is available for fully remote.
