**Main Responsibilities**:

- Participate actively in the requirements, users’ stories, and governance for the tech’s projects for Operations.
- Plan jointly with Tech counterparty the timeframe, scope, and definition for the Tech project for OPS.
- Follow up the whole portfolio of initiatives (Tech & Non-Tech) for Payment & Receivables (P&R), for the geographies and the regional verticals.
- Follow up and prompt scalation on productivity projects being executed in partnership with OPS, Tech and Product.
- Communicate the advances and achievements, also the risks and mitigation plans to the senior management.
- Analyze KPIs and prepare insights for making decision in terms of optimization, customer experience and risk and control
- Collect and analyze relevant information of P&R processes and work on their improvement getting involved to local and regional stakeholders.
- Support and/or lead the governance for MIS administration.
- Support and/or lead the Footprint Evolution initiative to centralize processes across TTS Ops.
- Follow up the strategies defined jointly with Product to move manual transactions to digital channels.
- Collect and analyze relevant information of Domestic P&R processes and work on their improvement getting involved to local and regional stakeholders.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis when defining problems and proposing solutions
- Serve as technical expert on special projects or assignments for the Cash Operations team
- Advise on resource management and allocation of work within the team/project
- Seek out and provide replies to requests for deliverables with internal and external clients and vendors
- Advise and/or coach new or junior level team members
- Maintain a comprehensive grasp of how business areas collaborate towards achieving business objectives
- Recommend quality reviews of cash management services, production systems, and client reporting
- Contribute to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of experience in a related cash and trade operations management role
- Project Management skills (Agile methodology is a plus)
- Proven experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance
- Effective verbal and written communication and analytical skills
- Bilingual is highly recommended.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
