**Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.

**This is a contract position with the intent to hire as a full-time employee in 30-90 days after start date.

**About the role**:
As a part of our team, this individual will have the opportunity to learn firsthand how to develop innovative link-building campaigns and strategy for our clients across multiple industries, achieve client account goals, and grow their skills in a fun and fast-paced agency environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive link building strategy to acquire valuable backlinks from reputable and relevant websites.
- Conduct outreach to website owners, bloggers, influencers, and industry partners to establish positive relationships and secure link placement opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive lists of outlets, publishers, and strategic partners to cultivate long lasting relationships.
- Identify link-worthy content on our client’s websites and proactively promote it to relevant online communities, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to enhance link building strategies' effectiveness.
- Evaluate the quality of potential link sources and ensure they meet the established criteria for relevance, authority, and credibility.
- Generate regular reports on link building strategies, progress, and outcomes, using visually engaging slides to communicate results effectively.
- Coordinate with the SEO team to align link building efforts with overall Organic Search objectives.

Proficient in using leading industry SEO tools such as: Moz, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Majestic

**Requirements**:

- Proven Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in link building and SEO, with a track record of successful link acquisition and improved search rankings.
- SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of search engine optimization principles, keyword research, and on-page SEO factors.
- Content Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with content marketing strategies and content promotion techniques to amplify link building efforts.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and identify innovative approaches to secure high-quality backlinks.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using SEO and link analysis tools to evaluate link quality, track progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
- Collaboration: A team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing SEO trends and search engine algorithms.
- Portfolio or Case Studies: A portfolio or documented case studies showcasing successful link building campaigns would be advantageous.
