Como parte de nuestro crecimiento, el equipo de growth tendrás que:
**Conocer a Nuestro Público**:Profundizarás en el comportamiento y las necesidades de nuestros clientes y audiencias, investigando y analizando datos para descubrir insights que nos permitan conectar de manera más efectiva con ellos.

**Dise**ñar Estrategias de Marketing Impactantes**: Crearás estrategias de marketing innovadoras que posicionen nuestra marca en el mercado latinoamericano. Estas estrategias abarcarán todo el funnel de marketing, desde la creación de conciencia hasta la conversión y fidelización.

**Optimizar** la Experiência de Marca**: Trabajarás en mejorar la manera en que nuestros clientes perciben y experimentan nuestra marca, asegurándose de que cada punto de contacto refuerce nuestra propuesta de valor y construya lealtad.

**Colaborar** con Equipos Multidisciplinarios**: Colaborarás estrechamente con equipos de creatividad, paid media, producto y más, asegurando que todos estén alineados y que las estrategias se implementen de manera coherente y efectiva.

**Medir** el Éxito de las Campañas**: Establecerás métricas claras para evaluar el rendimiento de nuestras campañas de marketing. Monitorearás su progreso y harás ajustes para maximizar su impacto.

**Gestionar** la Comunicación de Marca**: Serás responsable de desarrollar y mantener la coherencia en la comunicación de nuestra marca a través de diferentes canales y plataformas, asegurando que nuestro mensaje resuene en toda la región.

**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**

**Experto/a en Marketing Estratégico**: Tienes experiência diseñando y ejecutando estrategias de marketing que impulsan resultados, con un enfoque en la creación de valor de marca y la construcción de relaciones a largo plazo.

**Dominio de Investigación de Mercado**: Sabes cómo investigar y analizar tendencias del mercado y del consumidor, transformando estos insights en estrategias accionables.

**Dominio de canales digitales**:Eres apasionado por entender cómo funcionan los algoritmos de las plataformas digitales y sabes posicionar mensajes y desarrollar un plan de marketing tomando en cuenta esto.

**Habilidad para Segmentar Audiencias**: Eres experto/a en identificar y segmentar audiencias, entendiendo las diferentes necesidades y comportamientos en los diversos mercados de la región.

**Creatividad y Pensamiento Estratégico**: Combinas tu pensamiento creativo con un enfoque estratégico para desarrollar campañas que sean tanto innovadoras como efectivas.

**Excelentes Habilidades de Comunicación**: Puedes comunicar tus ideas y estrategias de manera clara y convincente, inspirando a los equipos y stakeholders a seguir tu visión.
