**About Chiper**

Chiper is a tech Startup present in Colombia, Mexico and Brazil. Through its e-commerce platform, it offers mass consumer products at direct manufacturer prices to independent businesses such as neighborhood stores, liquor stores, mini-markets, among others. Our purpose is to create bridges between low and middle-income people who are looking for better alternatives to buying their essential goods, their needs, and opportunities for traditional and obsolete models with technology, always thinking about that end-user and their alternatives. Our inspiration is the ultimate buyer sourcing from these independent businesses.

Chiper was born as a project in 2018 and in 2019 it was launched as a company. We have had accelerated growth and we seek to add to our team of entrepreneurs who dream of taking over the world, who enjoy an environment of uncertainty and co-creation. We want people who first of all want to be the best in what they do and also help their colleagues to be.

**Be part of a team where you will be**:
As Product Manager you will be responsible for being the intermediary between the Business and the Technology area, leading product initiatives that will transform e-commerce in Latin America.

**We are looking for**:
Professional in Systems or Industrial engineering, Industrial or Graphic Designer or Business Administrator, who has experience in Digital Marketing, Business Administration or Project Management.

**Your principal responsibilities will be**:

- Translate the business strategy into a product strategy in order to ensure that the implementation of the solution moves the business levers and, in turn, accelerates organizational results.
- Prioritize and plan the product backlog based on data driven decisions with the aim of aligning it with the needs of the stakeholders and the business, seeking at all times to move the needle of the company's KPIs.
- Participate in the design definitions generating clear and precise inputs in order to guarantee that the execution complies with the criteria defined for the assigned platform.
- Analyze and evaluate the company's metrics and KPI's in order to guarantee the development of strategic plans related to the assigned product.
- Develop and deliver user stories complying with writing standards and establishing clear and concise acceptance criteria in order to facilitate their implementation by the technology area.

**We are looking the next skills**:

- Knowledge of scrum methodology, knowledge of Jira software, basic knowledge of systems programming in case that is not your profession and basic knowledge of HCD.
- Certification as Product Manager.
- Knowledge of methodologies such as Scrum.
- Knowledge of the Jira tool.
- Basic knowledge of systems programming.
- It is essential that whoever occupies this position have between 3 and 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a Tech company, preferably in E-commerce.
