At Inswitch, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead our payments team with a focus on payouts. As a leader in the Financial
Technology (Fintech) space, we strive to provide innovative and efficient solutions to facilitate secure and fast financial transactions.
**Responsibilities**:
Product Strategy:
- Develop and execute the comprehensive product strategy for payouts functionality, aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand market needs, competition, and emerging opportunities.
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the complete product lifecycle for payouts, from conception
to retirement, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct profitability analysis and impact assessments to continuously optimize existing products.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of payment products.
- Facilitate effective communication between teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and technological
advancements related to payments and financial transactions.
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs and
expectations.
Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate projects related to the development and improvement of payout products, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a specific focus on payment products and payouts in Fintech environments.
- Solid knowledge of technologies and regulations related to electronic payments.
- Ability to lead multifunctional teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in Product Management or Finance is an advantage.
