La demanda del mercado por nuestros servicios ha impulsado nuestro crecimiento. Actualmente estamos buscando un React frontend Lead para nuestro equipo y trabajar directamente con el equipo de Canadá y Estados Unidos.

**Lo que tienes que hacer**:

- Desarrollar y documentar especificaciones técnicas detalladas para integraciones y componentes frontend asignados.
- Liderar las sesiones de scrum del equipo de desarrollo.
- Realizar revisiones de código para el equipo de desarrollo.
- Trabaje con Arquitectos de Soluciones, Arquitectos Técnicos, Gerentes de Proyectos y Desarrolladores para estimar el nível de esfuerzo requerido para implementar el trabajo asignado.
- Desarrollar, personalizar y depurar componentes y extensiones, de conformidad con las mejores prácticas y los estándares de desarrollo de Smith, utilizando varias tecnologías y marcos de front-end.
- Asesorar y guiar a los miembros del equipo técnico en todas las actividades del proyecto en múltiples proyectos de tamaño pequeño a mediano o en un proyecto grande
- Ser responsable de trabajar con el Arquitecto para solucionar el marco frontend para resolver diseños complejos e interacciones que reflejen la dirección creativa y artística proporcionada.
- Ser capaz de cambiar entre un enfoque creativo y técnico según la necesidad del proyecto y/o el tipo de proyecto
- Participar en el trabajo de alcance y planificación
- Ser un líder de pensamiento en las tecnologías y el espacio Frontend.
- Optimizar la aplicación para máxima velocidad, accesibilidad y escalabilidad

**Lo que tienes que saber**:

- Inglés intermedio-avanzado
- 5+ años de experiência en desarrollo de aplicaciones de software
- Licenciatura en Informática o experiência laboral equivalente
- HTML y CSS y comportamientos de interfaz de usuario web enriquecidos: ejecución perfecta de píxeles para todos los principales navegadores y ventanas gráficas
- JavaScript (ES6)
- Frameworks de JavaScript (Angular 2+, React, Vue)
- Diseño e implementación de APIs REST y documentación
- Experincia liderando equipos de trabajo
