We are seeking for a real estate administrative assistant with fluency in English and Spanish

Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

- Calendar management: Organize and confirm showings, open houses, and consultations.
- Admin duties: Oversee paperwork, bolster marketing efforts, and craft presentation resources.
- Sales team support: Draft reports, orchestrate logistics, and ensure thorough follow-ups.

Qualifications:

- Experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably within the real estate realm.
- Knowledge of Florida's real estate market is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Stellar organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Robust **written and spoken** communication talents.
- Ability to work autonomously with a driven mindset.
- Upholding a client-centric philosophy with genuine enthusiasm.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Languages:

- Spanish (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Work Location: Remote
