**We are searching the best talent for Sales Controlling Analyst (Fix Term) to be in Cali, Colombia**
**Purpose**:We are looking for a person responsible for the financial support that actively participate and consolidate the different analysis for actuals and budgets. Prepare and analyze monthly closing reports and give the commentaries of the variances. Respond internal controls requirements and guarantee all policies and procedures are done correctly
**You will be responsible for**:
- Performs routine financial, accounting or planning activities using general project or departmental guidelines and procedures in support of various financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditures programs, financial planning and consolidations.
- Maintains appropriate databases or other analyses to monitor, forecast and report on rates of return, working capital, investments, and financial and expense comparisons.
- Conducts financial studies and surveys to collect, summarize and analyze financial actions and data. Assists in the preparation of special studies, reports, and analyses.
- Prepares and analyzes costs and communicates findings to management for forecast cycles and monthly actual closings.
- Assists in preparing recommendations for policies, procedures, controls or actions that will drive costs & process improvements.
- Ensures personal and company compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor´s degree or equivalent is required, preferable in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
- Financial background of 2-3 years preferably in a Consumer company
- Should have a strong knowledge in Excel and Power Point
- Intermediate English level
