**Misión del cargo**

Asegurar que los servicios de informática y tecnología sean entregados en cuanto a operación y mantenimiento, cumpliendo con los estándares y nuevas soluciones de IT de acuerdo con las necesidades de la compañía.

**Responsabilidad (Qué hace)**

Estructurar la organización de IT, administrando sus recursos y gestionando su desempeño.

Administración del Data Center.

Liderar sistemas de IT y sus proyectos subsecuentes.

Estandarización de procesos y procedimientos locales, regionales y globales.

Desarrollar e implementar todas las políticas funcionales y procedimientos, incluyendo aquellas relacionadas a arquitectura de red, estándares, compras y provisión de servicios.

Administrar sistemas de comunicación.

Comprar Hardware y Software.

**Acciones (Cómo lo hace)**

Asegurar la utilización eficiente de recursos de IT en la compañía.

Administrar los equipos de producción (servidores, UPS, circuitos eléctricos, switches, puntos de red y aire acondicionado).

Brindar guía/dirección sobre nuevas herramientas, tendencias, metodologías, liderando al equipo de IT en implementaciones cuando se requiera.

Planificar, diseñar, ejecutar y monitorear la estrategia de tecnologías de información de la organización.

Brindar soporte técnico de acuerdo a la necesidad de cada área.

Administración de comunicaciones de telefonía fija, telefonía celular y canales de Internet.

Inventarios y actas de entrega.

Definir propuestas de creación desarrollo y modificación de los sistemas de información.

Mantener operativos y disponibles los sistemas de información.

Instalar, configurar y administrar las redes de computadoras.

Definir políticas y estándares de seguridad de la información y uso de la herramienta.

Implementación y uso de las herramientas ofimáticas.

Mantener comunicaciones activas con los clientes internos y externos.

Control e inventario de las herramientas y recursos de tecnología.

- Nível académico requerido: Técnico o Profesional (INDISPENSABLE)
- Carrera: Ingeniería de sistemas o afines (INDISPENSABLE)
- Posgrado: No aplica
- Conocimientos técnicos requeridos: Conocimientos en sistemas operativos de equipos y de servidores, conocimientos en redes y básicos en seguridad - Soporte técnico de equipos (INDISPENSABLE)
- Idiomas: Inglés - Intermedio Alto (INDISPENSABLE)
- Años de experiência total: Mínimo 2 años - No aplica
