J-helpdesk Engineer

**Job Title: Helpdesk Engineer (Mac)**

**Location: Colombia**

**Job Type: Contract**

**Position Status: Remote**

**Salary: $1000-$2000 a month IC/C2C+**

**Helpdesk Engineer Job descriptionResponsibilities**:

- Resolve issues for clients via phone or electronically
- Input support requests into ticketing system to ensure proper tracking, resolution, and follow-up
- Ensure that our customer service-level agreements (SLAs) are upheld

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, technical support, field support or help desk environment
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Good problem solving, analytical, and team-working skills
- Must know how to troubleshoot VPN / Remote access issues
- Windows 10, Windows 11 and Microsoft Server experience
- Apple Mac OS and iOS experience - A MUST
- Preferred Experience with JAMF and integration experience with Apple Business Manager.
- O365 / Office skills
- Networking experience
- Familiar with Azure AD and AD Connect
- Great communications skills
- Must be flexible with hours/shifts and some weekend support duties as assigned.
- Must have reliable transportation as tech sometimes needs to go onsite
- Must have A+ certification
- Intune Experience is a plus
- CCNA, Security+ and other Certifications are a Plus
