The account management unit and the Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day relationship contact of the client as well as the single touchpoint for managing the client with Citi internal stakeholders in LATAM. In addition to this the Account manager is responsible for: generating cross sell TTS revenue globally, managing won deals to ensure rapid revenue realization. Maximize product penetration from existing business. Understand attrition to ensure business flows are not being channeled to the competitors. This persons will be managing a portfolio of approximately 75 clients with a portfolio revenue of $+40MM mainly made up of GSG names.

Responsibilities include:

- Generating cross sell TTS revenue globally, regionally and locally.
- Manage won deals to ensure rapid revenue realization. Maximize product penetration from existing business. Understand attrition to ensure business flows are not being channeled to the competitors.
- Ensuring client satisfaction with TTS products and services. Act as the escalation point for clients when issues need senior managements’ attention on the implementation or service side of the business
- Work in conjunction with Sector Head and GSS to ensure clients global sales requirements and relationship is managed both regionally, globally and locally.
- Manage tracking of global sales initiatives that are presented to clients and follow-up to close deals successfully and act as Back-up to the GSS
- Primary day-to-day relationship contact for clients with existing business flow
- Relationship contact with clients for implementation of deals won
- Develop client industry knowledge. Become an expert in the client’s business
- Develop and cultivate client contacts
- Support the completion of follow-up tasks as a result of client calls
- Assist Solution Sales and Product Sales as needed with client presentations and RFPs
- Coordinate and prepare TTS Relationship Reviews with clients
- Serve as the senior escalation point to resolve client issues and ensure execution of client sensitive special transactions.

- Have cross-border work experience managing Corporate and Public Sector clients across countries and regions
- Work closely with the Sector / Cross Regional Product Sales Heads, Client Operations, Implementation, Product Management and Risk Group(s)
- Work with other Sector Heads and partners to develop in-depth training and marketing toolkits for clients
- Work closely with counterparts in the Global Corporate Bank to drive TTS sales origination and cross-sell
- Work with partners to contribute to a positive impact on Client Experience and VOC survey results

Knowledge/Experience:

- Possesses knowledge of TTS and other banking products
- Strong marketing and selling skills & ‘customer first’ mind-set.
- Experience in delivering sales results and meeting financial plans - ability to thrive in a result-oriented environment
- Ability to work with a pipeline management tool in tracking value of sales wins and losses, sales cycle tracking and tracking sales activities via dashboards
- Ability to implement ideas and concepts into measurable actions
- Strong PC skills, includes Microsoft Office with in depth knowledge of Excel and Power Point. CRM and Oracle BI/Business Intelligence knowledge a plus, but not required

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8+ years’ experience, preferably in Transaction Services origination on and business management and/or Global Banking relationship management
- Undergraduate, and preferably a Master’s degree
- Language: Bilingual English and Spanish ; Portuguese a plus
