IT Ops Trainee

**Job Description**:
**FUNCIONES**
- Garantizar el mantenimiento y la reparación adecuados de todos los equipos y accesorios informáticos, incluidos routers e impresoras, etc.
- Gestionar, mejorar y desarrollar opciones y programas de seguridad en ordenadores y redes para garantizar la seguridad, la privacidad y ofrecer una protección eficaz frente a posibles infracciones de cortafuegos o ataques de piratas informáticos.
- Garantizar el mantenimiento adecuado de todos los equipos realizando actualizaciones periódicas para garantizar que todos los sistemas funcionan con las últimas versiones del software aplicable.
- Solucionar todas las cuestiones y problemas que presenten los empleados de la empresa, incluidos los fallos y errores del sistema.
- Organizar el mantenimiento externo por contratistas si es necesario.
- Mantener registros claros y eficaces de todas las reparaciones y arreglos realizados para futuras consultas.
- Proporcionar asistencia técnica rápida, fiable y con buenos modales y orientar a usuarios con nuevos programas, sistemas, aplicaciones o hardware.
- Apoyar, desarrollar e implementar las ideas de innovación y automatización del departamento de IT, que permitan la reducción de trabajos manuales en las tareas rutinarias de soporte de IT

**Requisitos**:

- Técnico o tecnólogo
- Excel básico
- Experiência en Modelamiento de datos.
- Scripting (Windows Command Line, Powershell Básico y Visual Basic)
- Generación de Data Base Query
