**Tus principales actitivades como**: Supply Chain / Trade logistics Leader
Liderar todos los procesos relacionados con la cadena de abastecimiento, Comercio Exterior, Planeación, Producción, Almacén/Distribución, HSEQ y el proceso de la mejora continua (CIP), con el fin de soportar la estructura comercial y ventas de la compañía asegurando altos estándares en términos de seguridad, tiempo, calidad y costos en todos los procesos.
Análisis de Forecast accurancy y proyección de compras.
Compras y negociación de tarifas con proveedores (indicador BYTE, factores de importación)
Oportunidad de entrega hacia los clientes (indicador IFOT)
**Responsabiidades**:
El cumplimiento de los estándares de HSEQ corporativos en busca de garantizar la integridad física de los empleados y evitar lesiones dentro del entorno laboral.
El cumplimiento de los procesos de producción con el fin de asegurar la calidad del producto final al cliente en términos desempeño del mismo.
La eficiencia de los procesos de compras y distribución a fin de asegurar el mejor nível de servicio a la compañía de parte de los proveedores y al cliente de parte nuestra, buscando siempre el optimizar los níveles de costo y servicio.
El cumplimiento de los indicadores y metas definidas, como BYTE y DIO.
El trabajo en equipo dentro del equipo SCM local, con las otras áreas de la compañía, con los proveedores y a nível internacional IC y TP. El análisis de proyección de ventas de forma mensual y su explosión en materiales para las compras, con el fin de garantizar los mejores níveles de inventario, mejores procesos de abastecimiento y control constante sobre los stocks de productos terminados y materias primas. Influenciar el DIO (días de inventario) mediante el nível de compras y el seguimiento al inventario en general, mantener la simulación actualizada y velar por la alineación con el área comercial. Controlar el inventario de lento movimiento y promover la mejora de la salud del inventario, y seguimiento en general del inventario (Scrap, ajustes, inventarios cíclicos, devoluciones, consumo de líneas antiguas, etc. ) con el fin de garantizar la concordancia entre el sistema y el físico y mantener el inventario bajo control. El análisis de los indicadores del área y garantizar la comunicación al cooperativo y las personas de la planta.
Cotizar, negociar y seleccionar proveedores
**Compentencias y habilidades**:
Ingeniería (Industrial, Administración, Química o carreras afines)
Experiência en cadena de suministro (mínimo 5 años)
Conocimiento de procesos de mejora continua y manufactura esbelta(Lean Manufacturing).
Conocimiento de procesos de nacionalización.
Manejo de proveedores y negociación.
Uso proeficiente de Excel y ERP. Herramientas de data automation
