In collaboration with the Director of Media Strategy, your contributions will be integral to a comprehensive approach to client success.

**Role Overview**:
As Media Manager, you will be a key contributor to the success of media planning initiatives. Leveraging your analytical skills and creative thinking, you will contribute to the development of effective media strategies that resonate with target audiences, ensuring measurable results.

As the Media Manager, you will be expected to:

- **Client Engagement**:Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, adeptly addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and delivering exceptional client service.
- **Project Leadership**:Lead the coordination of projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- **Media Buying Strategies**:Leverage your expertise in media buying techniques and strategies to contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns aligned with client goals.
- **Negotiation Mastery**:Utilize your negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions for media placements, driving optimal value for clients' advertising investments.
- **Media Plan Implementation**:Responsible for the implementation and execution of comprehensive media plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives, channels, and timelines.
- **Creative Briefing**:Collaborate with internal teams to create effective creative briefs based on client communication, guiding the development of compelling advertising solutions.
- **Client Satisfaction**:Champion client satisfaction by proactively addressing their needs, creatively solving challenges, and exceeding expectations through exceptional communication.
- **Team Collaboration**:Foster a collaborative team environment, working alongside creative, production, and strategic teams to achieve outstanding campaign outcomes.

- **Strategic Communication Expertise**:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the finesse to convey both positive and challenging information tactfully to clients, and the capacity to draft and present persuasive creative briefs and solutions.
- **Project and Team Leadership**:Track record of effectively managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing team members for successful execution.
- **Business Acumen**:Proficiency in financial management, including overseeing budgets, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Comfortable navigating financial tools such as Excel spreadsheets and internal accounting systems.
- **Client-Centric Mindset**:Adept at understanding and aligning with clients' business models, marketplace dynamics, and sales factors, allowing for strategic decision-making that benefits both the client and the firm.
