Through strategic service planning and the leverage of global talent, we drive operational efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth across the region.  The Motion Designer & Editor role is a valuable member of the global Art Department, Gallagher’s in-house agency. This role will be managed by the Associate Creative Director, Video for daily tasks and responsibilities and will be tasked with creation and editing of motion graphics and video projects. This role requires creativity and the ability to move easily between independent and collaborative work, as they often team up with other members of the global Art Department to ensure an executable concept. How you'll make an impactWorks closely with other Art Department members to understand and deliver on project scope and objectives, resolving any technical and/or design issues that might arise during the project, all while working on multiple projects concurrently, balancing time constraints and maintaining quality.  Proficient creative and technical execution of work in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, with familiarity of Adobe Illustrator.  Exercises creative decision-making within established project scope and/or developed storyboards while assembling motion graphics, recorded video and audio segments into a technically and aesthetically effective deliverable. Remains current on necessary skills and industry trends through self-directed training and development. Contributes to the overall success and positive image of the Art Department by performing other duties as assigned, as well as through professional actions and interaction with clients and outside vendors. Maintains and follows Art Department processes, including best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.  About you5+ years of demonstrated experience in the video/motion graphics field.Strong Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge and Adobe After Effects skills, with demonstrable experience in motion graphics and video editing with an understanding of narrative storytelling. Thorough understanding of video formats, compression techniques, social media formats, file management and naming, and other post-production techniques.  Professional and conversational fluency in English is a must. The ability to work both independently with minimal supervision as well as within a collaborative team environment.  Preferred Skills Strong time management and organizational skills, detail oriented Contributes to a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds Has a flexible attitude; is able to work effectively in a variety of situations; constantly seeks improvements and is forward looking
