**Job Description**:
- Must possess superior UI skills, translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into engaging, intuitive, and functional user interfaces and the best online user experience
- Work closely with user experience (UX) designers and other design specialists always striving to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how digital experiences function and look like
- Responsible for creating brand-on, strategy-on compelling creative deliverables
- Directs all phases of creative work from concept through production, executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- May serve as a creative lead and manages creative teams on major accounts
- Willing to mentor other creatives and being available to interchange opinions to maintain consistent creative quality and award-winning work
- Team player: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Self-management skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
**Qualifications**:
Our ideal UI Designer must have:
- Great experience in the Digital industry for **at least 5 **years.
- Advanced English Level minimum** B2**:
- Proficiency and proven experience working in UI
- Proficiency in rapid prototyping
- Versatile to work in different styles and different media
- Experience working in different design fields, including creating concepts using storytelling to develop them
- Neat design: typography, color, composition
- Detail-oriented
- Knowledge of motion graphics is a big plus
- ** Tools**: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Office suite, Keynote.
