Summary:
The Client Partner for Meta´s team is a strategic and enthusiastic sales and business development consultant that leads the company's relationship with our advertisers. Client Partners are solution-drivers who put our customers at the core of everything we do. This team transforms the way businesses operate through digital. This is an outstanding opportunity to be an industry and business expert, build and manage key relationships to drive long term digital transformation plans while translating into mid and short term achievements. Given our disruptive business model, the Client Partner will be consistently challenged by different business needs their clients have, working in a constantly changing environment, dealing with ambiguity, and demonstrating problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have experience and measurable success in a sales environment as well as experience in digital transformation projects. This professional will lead some of our largest opportunities in the Andean Region with a consultative approach and strategic vision. Expertise in this industry is not required but passion for the segment will be paramount to succeed.
Required Skills:
Client Partner, Andean Responsibilities:
- Act as a business consultant to a portfolio of clients supporting their growth strategy with the use of Meta products and solutions.
- Become an industry expert and point of reference internally and externally.
- Identify and leverage trends and new opportunities within the industry of expertise/focus to influence investment in Meta family of Apps.
- Bring the acquisition strategy to life by driving rapid growth amongst the identified clients/categories.
- Drive business growth for clients via actionable insights with a deep understanding of data and analytics.
- Set digital transformation mid-term plans for the industry.
- Partner with different levels of the organization internally and externally, from C-level to operational, to influence the course of actions.
- Build and nurture relationships with top marketing decision makers at the largest companies and agencies in the market.
- Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Global Regions, Business Operations, Platform, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize and scale industry efforts.
- Develop sales operational excellence and flawless rhythm of business.
- Guide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Meta apps to marketers in various verticals and the impact of these proposals over the client's business.
- Play the lead role in providing impactful recommendations to clients in short, mid, and long term strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a strategic trusted advisor working with C-Level, as well as with Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales/Online.
- 4+ years managing client accounts.
- Business acumen and strategic mindset to understand the client needs and add value beyond our products for their business to thrive.
- Demonstrated deep critical analytical thinking skills and problem solving.
- Deep commercial understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: auction dynamics, pricing, performance driven marketing, competitors' landscape, etc.
- Experience building consistent relationships with internal and external partners in order to drive and influence key decision makers across different levels.
- Ability to define and deeply understand key business/industry metrics and KPIs and proven record of making data driven business decisions.
- Understanding of core business model concepts, business processes, and overall business operations.
- Track record of successful communication and public presentations (both written and verbal).
- Strong learning orientation, demonstrating self-starter behavior.
- Fluency in Spanish and English are required.
