Accountant - Remote (Bilingue):

  1. Financial Recordkeeping and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate financial records: Track income, expenses, and profits for each project and your overall business.
    • Generate financial statements: Provide balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports to understand your business's performance.
    • Separate personal and business finances: Ensure proper tracking of business-related transactions.
  2. Cash Flow Management
    • Monitor cash flow: Track project budgets and ensure you have enough liquidity for ongoing projects.
    • Forecast future cash needs: Help anticipate and plan for large expenses like property acquisitions or renovations.
    • Set up reserves: Advise on how much cash to keep in reserves for unexpected costs.
  3. Business Strategy
    • Profitability analysis: Help determine which projects yield the highest returns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  4. Bookkeeping and Technology Integration
    • Set up accounting systems: Implement software like QuickBooks or specialized real estate platforms.
    • Automate processes: Streamline invoicing, payroll, and expense tracking.
    • Provide regular updates: Deliver real-time access to financial data through technology.
    • Assess financial risks: Help you identify and mitigate risks, like cost overruns on flips.
    • Compliance checks: Ensure all financial practices align with regulations.
  5. Financial Insights and Growth Planning
    • Budgeting: Help you create and stick to budgets for projects and the business overall.
    • Loan support: Assist in preparing financial documents for loans or lines of credit.
  6. Communication and Reporting
    • Provide regular updates: Schedule quarterly or monthly reviews of your financial health.
    • Collaborate with other professionals: Work with your attorney, lenders, and project managers to ensure alignment.
