Please note: you must have at least 6+ years of experience as Business Analyst and experience as Product Owner to be considered for this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY- Elicit and discuss requirements with stakeholders from the client side including business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Decompose and elaborate requirements to communicate to the development team on the required level of details.
- Maintain backlog and keep solution requirements documentation for new functionality up-to-date.
- Analyze and verify feature requests from the stakeholders, define required changes and verify with the product owner.
- Facilitate estimation of user stories along with delivery team.
- Present requirements to the team, support the team on requirements and minimize time spent by the team to elaborate requirements for their current tasks.
- Participate in the presales process — elicit high-level scope and prepare required deliverables.
- Facilitate Scrum events while inspiring efficient teamwork and effective decision-making.
- Strong in communication with the ability to ensure the backlog is clearly understood by the delivery/scrum team.
- Extensive experience handling requirement changes and negotiating prioritization amongst respective stakeholder(s).
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Fundamental knowledge of and practical experience with various business analysis knowledge areas, techniques, responsibilities and activities.
- Knowledge and experience leading the implementation of best practices within Agile and Scrum-based development methodologies.
- Experience in creating and maintaining documentation: Solution Requirements, backlog items in form of user stories and acceptance criteria, use cases.
- Experience in modeling via BPMN, ERD, state, scope modeling techniques.
- Experience in presale/discovery activities.
- Extensive experience in applying product management techniques.
- Expertise with requirements, estimations, roadmaps and documentation.
- Deep understanding of software lifecycle development disciplines - Project Management, Requirements Management, Analysis & Design, Quality Assurance & Testing, Implementation, Deployment, Configuration & Change Management.
- Good organization and communication skills, and the ability to talk with technical, non-technical resources, as well as management.
- Problem-solving skills to support the team and client.
- Be flexible to change, and willing to adapt to the client and team needs.
- Analytic and driven mindset.
- Background in QA or development is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Initiative and drive to do great things.
