- Experience in operation and maintenance (O&M) of at least two photovoltaic (PV) power plants of equivalent (19.9MW) or larger scale; electrical or other related professional background; O&M-related certifications/electrical engineer certificates preferred.
- Familiar with relevant standards for PV power plant performance and O&M, such as IEC-61724, 62446, and RETIE specifications.
- Familiar with PV power plant performance metrics (PR) calculation methods and able to complete them using tools such as Excel or Python.
- Familiar with the cause analysis and handling methods for common PV power plant faults.
- Able to independently complete the submission of power plant performance data and O&M reports, and the analysis of the causes of performance deviations; able to proactively take optimization measures based on the analysis results.
- Possesses good communication and coordination skills; able to supervise/guide contractors to complete preventative maintenance work on time; and organize O&M contractors and equipment OEMs to handle equipment faults promptly.
- English proficiency is required as a working language.
