Admin Support Medical Records

Join Our Team at Solvo Global Solvo Global is looking for talented individuals for the role of Admin Support Medical Records. If you live in Bogotá, have at least 1 year of experience in the field, and possess strong English skills, we'd love to hear from you

Position: Admin Support Medical Records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming calls from existing clients.
  2. Make follow-up calls related to medical records.
  3. Send out medical record requests.
  4. Process incoming records with accuracy.
  5. Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Colombia Time, CST).

Requirements:

  1. 1 year of experience in data entry or customer service (experience with healthcare claims is a plus).
  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proactive and capable of managing tasks independently.
  5. Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
  6. Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic environments.
  7. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
  8. Adaptable to change.
