What you will do:

  1. Always be up-to-date with the cutting-edge technology
  2. Provide L2 support to customers, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
  3. Develop and maintain backend systems using Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB
  4. Gather data to ensure the required technical info is collected to resolve even more complex tickets
  5. Gather required technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases
  6. Ensure customers' satisfaction with any interaction
  7. Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
  8. Securely work with customers' sensitive information
  9. Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies to identify and troubleshoot technical issues

What you need to succeed in this role:

  1. Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  2. 2+ years experience in back-end software development
  3. Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB
  4. Good understanding of on-premise IT infrastructure, load balancers, queues, and clustering
  5. Positive, friendly, enthusiastic, pragmatic, and caring attitude with a can-do approach
  6. Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

Will be a great plus:

  1. Experience with Kafka, Groovy, and container environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.)
  2. Knowledge of performance tuning techniques
  3. Understanding of financial sector derivatives
